My passport Essential goes wrong and details here, anybody can have a look at this?

I‘m sure that there are some files/pictures/movies in it and accidently went wrong as following:

  1. connect it to laptop which run Win7 and the device manager shown driver is ok.pls see attachment.
  2. but there is no any driver icon shown in My Computer, and in Disk management shown the driver is not initialized. pls see attachment.
  3. WDFirmwareUpdater.exe connected it successfully and read the firmware of my passport driver but failed at the last update firmware step. pls see attachments.
  4. Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics - WinDlg (DLGDIAG for Windows)
    v1.31 recognized mu passport driver but the size is 0, pls see attachments.
    so seems the driver is installed successfully but why i cant initial py passport driver, or even format, update, diagnose it? someone smart can give me some info and very appreciated.!
