My PassPort Essential and Windows 10

Hey guys,

I have the Passport Essential for Windows. It was working properly on Windows 7 and when I updated to Windows 10 it is found under devices but unable to find it under Desktop where I could click and open the folder. It also doesn’t automatically open folder like it used to in the past. Any help would be great to make this compatible to Windows 10.

Hi there,

Try too access disk management to see if you are able to see the drive there, then check if you can open it from there as well.
