Whats the capacity of your computer RAM? Are you using an automatic back up software? Have you tried to defrag your computer already? Also try to disconnect the drive then restart the computer and check if it’s having the same issue?
2.50gb and auto backup and yes to defrag
Have you already tried scanning your computer for viruses? And what application are you using for automatic back up? If your using smartware try uninstalling it and reinstall again.
