So I have a problem, I got a sweet TB Portable hard drive for Christmas and it has been working great…Until now. There was one night that I was putting some videos onto it from my Macbook Pro and it ejected accidentally. Now I plug it in and it won’t show up. I have plugged it in multiple times and it showed up once and then ejected itself. What do you guys think is going wrong? Could it be the USB cable? I am trying to figure it out without spending money on it.
Hi there, What operating system do you have? If is a Mac, look for the drive in Disk Utility, if is Windows go to Disk Management and verify if the drive shows up there.
