Just purchased a My Passport and moved a number of mkv. files from a MacBook Pro (after formatting the EHD to Mac OS Extended). Once I hooked it up to the BluRay system, it doesn’t recognise the USB Device (where it says “Format Not Supported”).
How do I rectify this issue?
Most video players need the drive to be formatted FAT32. Try posting in the TV section you’ll probably find more help thee.
