After attempting to download new drivers, etc., our IT department determined my passport is broken. They alerted me to a clicking sound within the device which seems to be the mechanical parts that are not working to read the disk.
What I’d like to know: Is there someone or some place where I can send my passport so the data can be read and transferred to another drive? Is the process of retrieving data reasonable or cost-prohibitive?
