I have My passport essentials 1 TB usb 3.0. It was working fine until yesterday. Today it was not detected by windows 7 and i tried in several laptops and desktops but same result. The disk seems to be runnin n the LED glows. But in Ubuntu it works fine. I tried file copying, playing video…evrything normal in ubuntu. Can some one pls help me out why this is not working in win7???
this an abnormal behavior
you can try downloading the drivers or reformatting the drive
If you are using the drive between Windows and Linux something may have changed or got corrupted. Linux is not one of the listed OSs for the drive.
