I really need help. I have five WD My Books and one My Passport that are not recognized on my Windows 10 PC or laptop and I need to a backup as my hard drive is failing and going into the shop on my laptop. Three are not recognized at all and one was and then it was formated and nothing now - I was able to unlock two once.
