I’ve used this drive here at work before. It is password protected but that doesn’t seem to be the issue. I click on the WD Drive Unlock.exe and it tells me an administrator login is required. Is this a work thing they’ve put on? I’ve tried downloading the utilities drives again as I can find no reference to this drive on my computer and it says complete but there is no icon. Help?
There may be some administrative permission required to use protective external drive on your work computer. You can contact an IT team of your office about this. Also try to check My Passport after connecting it to another personal computer for this issue.
