My Passport 599GB not showing on desktop

I had a couple of messages show up that the Passport had been disconnected improperly, then it wouldn’t show

on the desktop nor in “About this Mac”. 

 The drive is spinning, but doesn’t mount apparently.

The easiest way is to unplug the WD extern drive from the computer.

Wait about two minutes then re-plug it back.

If it still not recognize, uplug it again.

Restart your computer, wait for the desk top an all icons to show up, then re-plug it.
