My Passport 4TB > Lost WD Security/ WD Backup files on the hard drive (converted to exFAT) - Please Help!

Hi,

I converted my new WD My Passport 4TB to exFAT so that I could use it on both MAC and WINDOWS. While converting to exFAT, I was warned that all files on the drive would be deleted. I assumed original files that came with the drive would stay as they were. Unfortunately I have now lost the files which were going to allow me to use the WD SECURITY & WD BACKUP.

I am wondering if anyone out there knows if it’s possible to retrieve the setup files for WD SECURITY etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.
