I have a my passport for mac- 4TB, bought 7/2019 Use infrequently, suddenly won’t show on mac, tried all for ports, and no lights or sounds coming from the drive. Any help appreciated. Not showing in disk utility. the ports are able to show other usb drives and they attach to desktop.
Update- I switched cables, replaced the c with usb and seems to be working. At this point not sure if cable or the usb/hdmi/c adapter- apple that is the issue.
