I’ve recently purchased the new ‘My Passport 2TB’ and found that the average transfer rate was only 38Mb. Much slower than expected with USB 3.0 and in comparison to other hard drives I have copied data from.
Computer is new/up to date.
Has anyone else found this problem or is this to be expected? If not, I would welcome any suggestions to speed up the transfer rate please.
