My Passport 2TB not recognized (no more connection sound)

 Hi there,

My external disk My Passport 2TB is undetected when I plug in.

  • No sound on connection USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 - I tried on several PC computers.

  • Unseen by the BIOS.

  • Unseen by Windows disk manager.

  • The power LED turns ON on connection.

  • The drive start spinning on connection.

Is the USB interface dead ?

Can I do something to diagnose / repair / recover data ?

Is there a way to bypass the USB connection and use SATA?
