My Passport 2TB drive won't connect

I have a 2TB drive that has a ton of data on it. The drive suddenly stopped working after a restart. The diver shows up in Device Manager as driver missing (Error 28).

I tried it on another computer with the same result, same error.

Disk Management makes it look like an unintialized drive.

Is it fixable or am I going to have to send it for disk recovery?
