Just got a 1TB My passport. I am using Windows 7. Installed fine.
My problem is when I try copying files, at some point there will be a tick or click sound and the copying process just freezes. When this happens I click cancel and my pc hangs.
Any help appreciated. Thanks.
Ok solved. Unfortunately it’s my hd thats about to go.
You can try replacing the drive if it still under warranty.
