I boutght a My passport to store music and entertainment and other documents. i had it about a week it worked fine i was storing something on to it when suddenly the transfer stopped so i had to manually disconnect the hard drive. now when i try using it the computer reads it cause the little icon on the bottom right of the screen to safely remove it pops up but when i try going to my computer the window pops up and it just freezes there as soon as i click on the my computer window it says not responding. as soon as i unplug the drive the windows uploads fine and right away. same if i try using the disk managment. and as soon as i unplug it the drive pops up for a second on both my computer and disk managment. Some one please help me!!
