My Passport 1TB is not working on my laptop, it was working fine earlier but since last week it is working properly, I tried some basic stuff but not succeeded. While connecting the drive file manager is not working and no safety remove option is coming and I have to unplug it directly. When I opened the disk manager it is showing in the disk drives and while right-clicking, it is taking some time to get the options and on the properties general tab it is showing that the drive is working properly but when I’m trying to get the disk management option nothing is coming and unplugging the drive everything is working fine. Sometimes in the file manager, the drive letter is showing but clicking on it gets no help other than hanging the windows.
I have a lot of data in that and no backup of that data.
What should I do now?
