So I backed up my computer so I could reformat it and then have all of my stuff but I looked in the retrieve folder and it doesn’t show that there is anything to retrieve…If I look in the actual files I can find the back up but it has a file called DO NOT MODIFY so I figure I should probably not modify it. I just want to back up my computer so any help will be appreciated. BTW I have all of the updates for firmware and software for my drive.
