My offline folders don't sync with Mycloud Mac

Hi, since i updated to Mojave i updated the my cloud firmware as well but know i have the Cloud icon on desktop but i work with offline files because i use very large files. But now when i select any folder or file i don’t have the option to sync to the cloud like i used to have and the files aren’t syncing automatically. Just if restart the computer it will appear for some minutes and then it goes off again.
Anyone else with this problem and/or know any solution?
