Hi, I bought a MyPasport 1 TB and since the beginning never appears in My Computer so I can´t access it. However it appears as a no specified device, and it works perfeclty in other computer similar to mine. I know it´s a problem of my computer but it reads perfectly other external hard disks and I have no idea about what could the be the problem. Thank you for your help!
