I cannot get the new 24 TB My Duo Drive to work right out of the box. When I connect it to the power source, the fan turns on for about 1/2 second, then turns off.
I have five other my duo drives ranging from 8GB to 16 GB. All of them are formatted as RAID1.
Is there something that I can do or do I just return it?
