My net n600

  1. I tried to submit an email for support , it asked me for a model number, i did not see a place for a model number.

  2. The router always gave me trouble but i was unable to return to amazon, it was purchased new. when I fisrt set it up i received 80 mbps on the wireless and 90 on the wired. But after a few minutes i take another speed test on my laptop and my phone and it is only 2 mbps on the laptop and 35 mbps on the phone. I have rebooted the router and modem separate and together, I have my on modem, but it was given me trouble with time warner cable modem. I am running windows 10.
