My Net AC1300 blinking Blue light of death

Greetings WD!

      Woke up this morning and my AC1300 greeted me with the blinking blue light of submission.  It does not show up on the network or the WiFI.

I have:

1. Tried to reboot holding the button for more than 10 sec…both with and       without power. 

2. Cycled the power button on/off.

3. unplugged for 30 min… rinse repeat steps 1 and 2. 



I recommend that you contact WD support in order to get this product replaced.

Same problem for me. I guess this is a known issue so I’ll request a replacement.

Sorry to say I just plugged mine in and have been having the same issue. :mansad:
