These hard disks have at least four years. So maybe that’s the reason? That they are old stuff?
So the iomega is a HD not a hub? Your devices.sh show that you have 4 devices connected. Your df command shows that you have 4 devices mounted. But your partition.sh show that only hard1 and hard2 are connected. You should still be able to access the files on Backups and Hard4 just not thru the dashboard.

Exactly. The Iomega is a HD.
I am not totally sure what is happening but maybe it’s related with the user:group and permissions of the folder in which the hard disk are being mounted.
Tonight I made a reset of MyCloud. I will let you know my advances.
You should look at the end of the /var/log/wdnas.log file. It will have log entries that are generated on a USB device mount.

Well, well well.
ALL is working now.
The key was reading the log that rac8006 told me (/var/log/wdnas.log).
MyCloud interface is sooooo slow that I couldn’t wait it finis before now. But with reading the log I knew the steps.
Finally I have connected 6 external USB 2.0 hard drives. And another is waiting for a socket in the power extension cord.
The only thing is that MyCloud doesn’t recognize the size of 3 HDs. But it is not a problem since I have the console.
