My loud App 4.4.18 iOS 12.4.2 looping on autoPhotos backup never complete

Updated my iPhone 6s to 12.4.2 now my loud app does not complete. It’s just looping with the last two new photos. I stop / selected no autobackup ended app and cleared cache. Stopped/Restarted app and iPhone still looping
