My long-time WD account seems to be missing

My long-time account on WD, which I used to access via westerndigital.secure.force.com, suddenly seems to be missing. Over the years, whenever I would purchase a new WD hard drive, I would always log into the WD website and “register” my drive.

However, when I attempted to login in and register another new drive this morning, my old account seems to be completely missing. My old login ID and Password no longer work (not even the one for this community group), and the 'Forgot Password" function evidently doesn’t recognize my email address in order to send a password reset link.

So, is all my old drive inventory data just gone?
