My locked passport was not recognized as locked

I did locked my pp a couples of months ago. Just open it recently and found it like this

The WD security and Drive Util show the exact pp capacity but it looks like no password has been set at all

I remember that there was a lock icon inside the pp to open it. Now it just disappear. How could I do?

Hi tuango,

It seems like the drive is not password protected at this point. Please try to configure the password and check if you get the same thing after that.

Just try to re-install the WD Security and if the issue still persist then you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.
