Just an hour ago, suddenly My Passport can’t be recognized on my laptop:disappointed_relieved:
The problem is not to write files into it.
So I rebooted my laptop, then now it keeps repeating try and fail for recognition of My Passport!
I can’t even open unlock software for it.
How can I solve this?

Are you able to test the drive on a different computer? perhaps, using a different cable.

The description on disk management is “not initialized”.
Somehow its file system has been corrupted.
Also I can’t unlock it.
