My imac can't find my ex2

Hello,

I’m trying to install my EX2 but in the setup process the system says it cannot find any EX2.

All the lights are ok, but I’ve tried everything and nothing…

Can somebody help me, please,

Is your router detecting your unit and assigning an IP address to it?
