My First Message / Question

I have a WD Live. When I bought it, i could ran HD Video like mkv / Mt2s but for some reason, I cannot do it any more.

I think but not for sure that I did upgrade my firmware.

My new firmware is 1.06.04

Any help will be appreciated and I am not very much technical but read and follow instruction

If you think it’s a firmware update that did it, try a firmware rollback.
