I have a My cloud EX4100 with 4 hard drivers already updated to OS 5 version 5.15.106 with the red light that keeps blinking. After upgrading to OS5, I can’t access the dashboard. When I try to re-upgrade, there are stuck at safemode recovery web and the process cycle still spinning. I also can’t connect thought by SSH. The screen said that “Firmware update failed”. I also try to reset with 4 and 40 second method, but both of them did not work. So there are another way to fix the hard brick situation with USB flash driver?

Hi @Keerti_01 ,
Thank you so much for your guide, unfortunately, there is no work in my case. I still can’t reset with the 4 seconds and 40 seconds method. I also can’t recover in the current safe mode recovery too. So, there are any other ways to replace the OS in the EX4100 NAT device?
