Hi, above attach is the result of the diagnostic… Dear wd staff i want to enquire could you change my geographical location for me i can’t lock in my rma with my geographical location is wrong. I accicdentally insert United state instead of singapore.
It looks like the drive has failed. Contact WD about a replacement if it’s still under warranty.

I need help i accidentally register my country as united states instead of singapore. I need help to change it back. I couldn’t change it back on my own. Before i could set my rma and get a replacment for my external hdd.
