Hi, I’ve bought a WD My Passport 4TB that is not recognized by the newest My Discovery program. When I installed the My Discovery provided on the WD My Passport everything was fine, however, on the website there is a newer version of the My Discovery, so I downloaded and installed it.
In My Discovery I can see the following: “If you have a USB device please connect it”, however, my device has been already connected - I can see it under the windows and I can use it, it only does not seen in My Discovery. I tried to reinstall My Discovery and restart my computer but it hasn’t worked.
Any suggestions? Thank you!
