Looking for help here. I have reset, uninstalled and reinstalled, but I continue to get “the desktop app is locked”. I can access my cloud from Mycloud.com fine, but cannot get into my cloud from the desktop app.
Any other ideas?

When did you start getting this error message? Does this happen on a particular Network? Can you open the app from a different User Account?
