Has anyone had the issue where their computer MUST have the Passport External Hard Drive connected for it to work properly? I need to be mobile with my computer and cannot keep the external hard drive plugged in. Any suggestions??
Since there’s been no replies, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
