My Cloud Wont fully sync


I have a Drive at my home and have the app on the phone and laptop but i cant see all the data on the drive… its like its not fully synced but it is saying its fully done.

I can see all the photos, scans.BUT i cant see all my music, dvds, software.

Dont get me wrong the music and dvds are not needed but the software and other bits are… can anyone help?


How are you synchronizing the files?

Also how is the light of the unit, still blinking? 

Make sure that complete indexing the files.

i would start by making sure the folders your are refering to are marked as public and multimedia portion  also check if user have full permission to folders

log in to mycloud from webbrowser and check those out
