My cloud will not reset. Yellow light

I recently moved and I cannot get my device (2TB) to il to my modem. I did the 4 and 40 second reboot but I just have a constant yellow light.
Can anyone help. I’ve been searching for a solution for days.

Did you change your modem/ISP?

If so, is the new ISP AT&T?

I am in UK. Very fast broadband. 200 MBA. Just can’t figure it out. Thought of connecting to pc. But that apparently won’t work either. I have a 12 V plug. Don’t know if it is original.

What modem/router do you have?
Is it different to what you used before you moved?
Have a read of the thread I linked above; it will explain the auto-negotiation problem, that may not be limited to the at&t uverse service.
