I have Windows 10 Pro x64 Workstation Insider (updated).

My WDMyCloud does not start connected to the PC.
Serial: [REMOVED]

See the sequence of the attached images. They show the access problem.

I already uninstalled it; I installed again, without success.

In Firewall is allowed.
In “File Manager”, it appears as installed.
But does not connect.

I need a solution.
Please, URGENT.
