Hey, I have a My Cloud EX2 Ultra and I can’t sign into the My Cloud Website. I followed the instructions found here: Error
They did not seem to work. Whenever I try to sign in, it sends me to some sort of default error page. I’m not sure what else to do.
@StanMan I was unable to sign in yesterday but I just tried it and I was able to sign in to both of my My Clouds. I have a 1st and a 2nd generation.
Try it today and see if you are able to sign in.
tried. Still nothing. I just get the page that shows the young lady and the laptop
