My Cloud Web Or App Keeps saying device is Offline. PLEASE Help

I have a PR2100 and My Cloud Web Or App Keeps saying device is Offline when it is not. I can access all the drives and see content. Copy, move, paste, etc. I can get to the PR2100 dashboard and everything is fine. Cloud access says Connected. I am signed in with my MYCloud accout and all. Please help Cloud service is turned on and says connected.

Firmware is 5.10.122. No recent upgrade. Had OS5 for a while. Yes I am signed into the OS5 web app.

@jlatorre620 5.10.122 firmware was released yesterday so the device probably went through an auto update. Was the offline issue present BEFORE yesterday?

Please collect the system logs, open a support case and then upload the logs to the case. Let me know your case number when completed.

It worked before yesterday. Also I checked my logs and they are empty. I just turned on Extended Logging and I am now rebooting hoping to catch something. Should I do anything to get events into the log?

Got it working. Did a system restore. Thanks for your help.

Hi I have the same problem… device is NOT offline, works perfectly with the computer, it’s new, has OS5 for a while and the iPhone app is OS5. But the app keeps saying that yes, it found my device and not, it’s offline. But it’s NOT ! You said you did a system restore…what do you mean, on the PC or on the MyCloud Extra itself? How? thank you for helping
