My Cloud Transfer rate reduced drastically in one day

This problem has been for a while. I have had this problem since December 2019

18.5MB transfer speeds on gigabit LAN

I have been going through a lot of posts here and around the rest of the internet. Outside of this forum the info seems to be from 2015 and earlier so I have been taking it with a grain of salt. I have a Netgear Nighthawk R7000P router with all gigabit ports. I have removed my gigabit switch because I have tried to go to bare bones.
