My Cloud Sync, download files

So I reinstalled Windows and now I want to download all the files saved with My Cloud Sync on the NAS. Is that possible? How?

All it does is create an empty directory for the sync.

You will have to access the WD Sync folder manually and copy the files back to the new computer.
