My Cloud stopped working

About mid March I noticed my My Cloud access stopped working on my Iphone.

Today I noticed I cant reach my EX4 from a remote PC either.

When I’m on the same WIFI network with my Iphone or on the same wired network with my PC all works fine.

I’ve got 2 ports open on my router, and the same two ports identified in the EX4 configuration. Cloud service is set to On and says connected & port forwarding connection established

When I use the My Cloud app on my I phone is says Drive Offline–WDMyCloundEX4 is not accessible

Any thoughts?
