Hello, I switched to iOS and configured all my HDDs to iOS. Now I can’t see them on My Cloud device as shared. When the drive connected to the USB port, the blue LED turns to solid red. How can I solve this? Any help will be appreciated.
The My Cloud Home doesn’t have a red LED. See the User Manual.
- Front LED
The front LED on My Cloud Home devices is a single color, white. It is either on, off or blinks
with a certain rhythm to indicate a specific “System Condition”. A “System Condition” list is
outlined below in Table 1.2.
It’s MyCloud there is only one LED on it normally lights blue. When I connect a HDD with USB this LED turns red and not listed under shared as written on the manual.
