My Cloud Software Problem Connection

I have a my book live 4tb and try to use my cloud software to connect when i was out of my home.

But i have a problem, didnt conect and apppers this message “waiting to connecting”  and " doesnt possible.

i check my conections in my house, i made a test with my cloud software in my house. its working with local access.

but when i was out of my house didnt work.

This problem is commum? i check the router configuration and its ok. nothing is blocked or have a restriction.

i made the updates too.

Have you tried a static IP configuration and manual port-forwarding?
