My Cloud safepoint pointing to My Book

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

Hi,

I have My Cloud and My Book, i need to backup cloud data to My Book, but My Cloud Safepoint is not recognizing My Book either in USB or in network, could someone advice how to make this connection
