My Cloud Remote Access

Hello,
We’ve set up our WD My Cloud 8TB and it works brilliantly on our wifi, but we cannot view our files and folders via the drive on other networks

What are we doing wrong?

May be the cloud access is not configured. In order to access the drive on the different network, the cloud access should be enabled and configured. May be you should have a look to the article below:
