I’m interesting in My Cloud Pro Series PR4100 (My Cloud Os 5), but i like mount WD NAS Disk with 12Tb each unit, y RAID 5.
Is possible?

If you haven’t done so already, see the WD Support page for the PR4100. You will find your answer there. The unit officially supports (certain tested) drives up to 18TB under the Hard Drive Compatibility List.
