My Cloud Password requirements

I’ve used the same password for over a year now (yea I should probably change it once in a while) but a recent issue has caused me to change it and to something I’d prefer not to use.
It appears, without telling the user, it will not allow a password with a special character to be used with the admin account. What’s troubling is that it says it updates the password, when you log out and log in again it does not accept the password. I had to reset it physically a few times. It also wont accept the exact same password to change the password either, even without logging out. I ran a few tests to verify this. Maybe tell users you change the requirements before they change their password?
